With headquarters in Switzerland, COMFORT AVIATION is an independent and innovative electronic system which links highly professional companies through a comprehensive network within the business and private aviation industry.

Our efficient and user-friendly system enables our Members (user) and Partners (suppliers) to make direct queries free of charge and without obligation.

Service providers are able to propose via the site competitive prices in line with the individual quality and needs expressed by the client, as well as enabling a direct contact via each and every personalized request.

The concept of COMFORT AVIATION aims to promote and serve as a reference point through its Internet site, a multitude of companies recognized in the aviation field for their high level of professionalism and related services.

Guaranteeing discretion and impartiality vis-à-vis its members and service providers, the concept of COMFORT AVIATION is based on the principal of membership subject to fees, but without any commission. Thus, the choice of service providers is left entirely to users.

PRIVATE AIR CHARTER

Access to this service is limited to COMFORT AVIATION members only. If you are not registered as a member yet, the system will ask you to fill in a registration form and to pay the corresponding fee.

STEP 1

If you wish to create a travel itinerary, select One Way , Round trip, Multi-leg or Multi-Hour Package if you are interested in buying a designated number of flight hours.
To access our partners`information list, choose the Partners option.

STEP 2

Insert your itinerary details. Our system is conceived to suggest airports.
Use the Special Requests field for any suggestions you may have so that our partners may give you the best answer. To refine your query, choose the type of aircraft you wish for, and the partners you want to send your request to. You can finally insert the time limit for receiving our partner`s offers.

STEP 3

Check the accuracy of your request before sending it (if there is a mistake you may return to the previous page at any time).
If you are not yet a registered Member, register online using our registration form.

The Privacy function is only available when you have selected the do not publish personal data box.
Before you fill in your request, you may at any time change your personal settings under MyComfort .

The Browse the aircraft search ads option enables you to refine your search by aircraft type, manufacturer, geographical zone of our partners or language used in the ad. If you want to reply to an ad, simply select Reply.

To use the Insert an ad, and/or send an aircraft search request you must first insert a titlle, then do a short description of your ad (abstract). You can also insert a Word or pdf document with a more detailed description of your ad (max size 1024 Ko). Finally choose the publication period for your ad only if you wish to publish it.

Check the accuracy of your request before sending it (if there is a mistake you may return to the previous page at any time).

For your privacy, your request will be transmitted to our partners without your personal data (or published without your personal data in case of Ad). For your information the Privacy function is only available when you have selected the do not publish personal data box. With the Insert an ad option, you must first select whether you are looking for a job or for a candidate.
Insert a title, then do a short description of your ad (abstract). You may also include a Word of pdf file with a more detailed description, or insert your CV (max size 1024 Ko). You can also insert pictures (max 5 pictures non superior to 800 Ko). Finally select the publication date for your ad.

BECOME A PARTNER

The partner registration fee, charged on an annual basis starting from the date of your subscription, will depend on the partner program you chose (Category Package and size of your company).

STEP 1

Choice of package. Standard package allows you to chose between a maximun of 2 categories. Extended package allows you to chose between 4 categories and Full package allows you to chose more than 4 categories. Your company will be listed for all categories chosen and in all countries where you can operate.

STEP 2

Complete the application form.
Select your company size to determine your annual fee. To facilitate your search you can insert a brief description of your activity. You can also insert a Word or pdf document (max size 1024 Ko) with a more detailed description about your company, your addresses, your special offers etc.

STEP 3

Choose one or more aircraft categories. If you are a non aeronautic partner, please select ALL. If you are an aeronautic partner choose one or more aircraft manufacturers. This information will facilitate your search and the reception of member requests.

STEP 4

Choose one or more geographical zones where your company can operate. This information will facilitate your search, the reception of member requests. At the same time your company will be listed in our directory in all selected areas.

STEP 5

Regarding the selected Geographical Zone, choose one or more countries where your company can operate. The company will be listed in our directory in all selected countries.

STEP 6

Regarding the selected partnership package, choose one or more partnership categories. The company will be listed in our directory in all selected categories.

STEP 7

Verify the accuracy of information concerning your partnership. You can get back to the previous steps at any time. If you are a registered member press Member, then follow the instructions concerning the payement of your partnership fee. If you are not a member yet, the system will ask you to fill in the membership application form first.

HOW TO ANSWER TO MEMBER REQUESTS

You will receive our member request in the e-mail address you have given. This service is available, for the moment in the following categories : Private Charter, Acquisition & Sales, Management, Maintenance, Interiors and FBO & Handling.
Check the information received and click to make your offer. You will be linked to a clear answer form. Fill in this form and send it. Please note that you can answer only one time.
Your answer will be listed immediatly on COMFORT AVIATION's member mail box.
If the member is interested in your offer you will be quickly contacted.

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR DATA

After your application and the payement of your partnership fee, you will receive, by mail, a notification including the link to the COMFORT AVIATION administration, your username and your password. Through the COMFORT AVIATION administration you will be able to update and modify directly and rapidly your data and information whenever you need.

PARTNER REQUIREMENTS

To ensure the highest level of safety, services and professionalism, all Partners of COMFORT AVIATION assure and certify the following requirements :

FOR ALL PARTNERS WHO HAVE TO PROVIDE BY LAW A SPECIFIED CERTIFICATE :

To be in possession of a Valid Certificate delivered by a Civil Aviation Authority or other qualified Authority.

FOR CHARTER OPERATORS :

To be certified to fly and operate in specific geographical zones or countries.

All Flight crew (Pilots and Flight Attendants if on board) are highly experienced and in possession of a valid certificate rated for that specific type of aircraft.

All aircrafts are regularly inspected and follow the highest standard of maintenance .

To ensure that all flights booked are confirmed. In the case of major problems, advise passengers in advance, ensuring them their flight/s with other Operators Partners of COMFORT AVIATION or with other Carriers. These Carrieres having the same requirements requested by COMFORT AVIATION and by passengers.

FOR ALL PARTNERS :

To be certified to operate in specific geographical zones or countries for the partner categories chosen.
To be adequately insured.
To employ highly experienced people in possession of a valid certificate for the services offered.
To meet highest levels of safety, discretion, comfort and quality of services and products.
To offer, whenever possible, the best rates. Partners answering to Offers should not discriminate between Users acting as Brokers or intermediaries and other Users by providing the latter with discounted terms.
To send transparents and clear offers, without extra charge or extras fee respecting the suitable time requested by the members of COMFORT AVIATION.
To respect the COMFORT AVIATION member`s privacy. Do not disclose data and/or other information, do not contact or send publicity of any form, without their prior consent.
To ensure the highest professionalism and attention in any circumstance.
