Aéro Services, a subsidiary of the Omni Group that is devoted to business air travel, is currently the first French company operating a fleet of aircraft below 30 tonnes.

AEROSERVICES HAS DEVELOPED THREE COMPLEMENTRY LINES OF SERVICES:
-ON DEMAND FLIGHTS, through our worldwide (F.N°21) Air Carrier Certificate, a business we have long been involved in and where our know-how consists in designing bespoke flights.
-AIRCRAFT MANAGEMENT, where we combine our technical, operational and fiscal expertise in order to provide the owner with a turnkey solution and optimise ownership costs.
-AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE, under our Part 145 Agreement, which grants us authorisation to perform maintenance on our own fleet, as well as on Dassault, Bombardier and Airbus-type aircraft from competing fleets.

Maintaining constant control of the most stringent safety standards in European business air travel remains our number-one concern in performing those various lines of work.

Every passenger is unique. Every flight must therefore be made to measure.
Our sales teams, available 24/7, pay exemplary attention in the first place to the slightest details of your journey, and they listen to you intently so as to suggest the aircraft that will best meet your expectations. Being highly responsive, they can organise a flight within two and a half hours.
The entire fleet features upscale equipment providing total ergonomic comfort: modular leather seats, toilets, satellite phone, fax, HiFi, video and more.
The diversity in cabin layouts enables us to offer the configuration that is best suited to your trip: for instance, there are “club” configurations
for working meetings, an “aft” lounge for a relaxing moment, or even bench seats that turn into beds for long overnight flights.
On board, we adapt the service to your slightest wishes: you are free to choose the kind of catering, according to your guest passengers or simply according to your mood at the time.

The company is experienced in a wide variety of assignments, with diverse needs and constraints:
-Business flights (Contract signings, inaugurations, financial roadshows, production facility tours, etc.)
-Transporting celebrities from the worlds of art, cinema or music.

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE:
In accordance with our Part 145 Agreement, AéroServices possesses the capability needed to maintain the full Airbus A320, Dassault Falcon (10/20/50/900) and Bombardier LearJet ranges.
AéroServices has secured all the required authorisations to work on the EASA (Europe) zone and Cayman (VP-C) zone aircraft.
The high-level qualifications and the experience of our technical personnel ensure that our operations are safe and reliable, as are all aircraft whose maintenance is entrusted in our care. This technical proficiency also facilitates the supervision of the visits we conduct in our colleagues’ facilities. Moreover, our teams have developed significant know-how in stopover repairs, particularly in Europe and Africa.
Our maintenance facility has been certified by manufacturer Bombardier for online maintenance of the LearJet family, and it is working on other projects with a view to extending this collaboration further

AIRCRAFT MANAGEMENT:

a number of constraints and you often spend more time than expected solving unforeseen problems, and this within a changing regulatory environment.

AéroServices has made this into its core business thanks to its fully qualified team of specialists.

AéroServices offers plane owners two management options:
-Private operation, exclusively devoted to the owners, with the resulting benefit of the professionalism and means of an airline.
-Commercial public transport operation, with the possibility of chartering the plane to third parties and a resulting savings in fixed costs for the owner.

-Consulting and expertise at time of purchase or sale (technical, fiscal)
-Airworthiness monitoring (through our “sub-part I” Agreement)
